More about working in occupational therapy, physiotherapy or speech pathology for Allied Therapy Services.

  • Yes that’s a fact. Have the flexibility to fit your hours with Allied Therapy Services around your life. Yes, even if you work full-time.

Need to pick up the kids from school every day, no worries. Like to go to the gym at 11am, that’s ok.

Maybe you have to go rescue a bogged calf from time to time? True story. This really happened to one our therapists!

Enjoy the freedom to schedule your days and client appointments to suit your lifestyle. We’re not clock watchers here, we trust you to work your hours however you need to.

  • Well, it’s just a continuation of the above really. Did we mention it’s work to suit your lifestyle?

If you don’t want work Mondays, because, who likes Mondays anyway, then you don’t have to.

  • As an in-home and community-based therapy service, you will be providing your occupational therapy, physiotherapy or speech pathology services in your local community.

We believe in delivering therapies in context, be that where a client calls home or out in the local community.

Plus you get to enjoy the perks as well, a swallowing assessment in the botanic gardens or some hydro in the local pool, anyone?

  • Skills development and clinical support matters at Allied Therapy Services, meaning you get the support you need from someone who’s been there before.

Each region is managed by a local team leader who provides day-to-day support. They’re people, people and problems solvers, which is just what you need!

Plus we have senior discipline-specific Clinical Leads across occupational therapy, physiotherapy and speech pathology with specialisations in neurological therapy, early career development, home modifications, assistive technology and disability portfolios.

They’ll help you with all those curly clinical questions and if they don’t know the answer, they’ll work with you to find the best one!

  • We call them The Dream Team. Why?

Because they are here to make your admin dreams a reality, sorting out all those things that take so much time, service agreements, customer service, invoicing and so much more, so you can focus on what you do best: providing great therapies to your clients.

  • You’d think with a predominantly community-based workforce there would be a lack of comradery and team work. But fear not!

Our team are a bunch of great communicators and collaborators; there’s many joint sessions between therapies, plus office spaces in most of our catchments to drop by for some lunch, to write notes up or just have those ‘water cooler’ conversations.

We really are focused on recruiting just great authentic people across all roles, which we find creates a strong working environment for all.

Plus enjoy regular in person social team catch ups, access our in-house clinical podcast and participate personal development opportunities throughout the year.
