Due to ongoing business growth, we're on the lookout for a new Occupational Therapy Clinical Lead to join our team! As a Clinical Lead, you can be based in any of our 6 therapy team regions, Albury/Wodonga, Ballarat, Bendigo, Geelong, Warrnambool or Western Melbourne.

A Clinical Lead plays a vital role in providing mentoring and clinical support to current and new Occupational Therapists within our therapy teams (and our OTs have a broad range of clinical experience spanning 3 to 25+ years at last count!).

Holding the neurology portfolio, you’ll join our passionate OT clinical lead team, and bring your experience with community-based clients to help us continue to deliver our high-quality services. A particular interest and experience in progressive neurological conditions and knowledge of support networks across Victoria is highly desirable.

As a mentor, you're clinically knowledgeable but with a desire to learn more about Occupational Therapy along with your mentees. Collaborative conversations are your jam – unpacking clinical problems, brainstorming and finding solutions to support our therapists, to support our clients, to live their best lives.

You will also be integral in ensuring we’re providing a quality service supported by the latest evidence-based innovations. This includes supporting, building and maintaining the clinical capacity of our therapy team members to work with certain client groups, facilitating the transition of evidence to practice and with support from the Clinical Director, exploring quality and research projects – to be able to do things even better!

This role does include a small, manageable clinical caseload.

If you’re coming to us from the public health sector, we provide additional onboarding support to leaders who are transitioning from public health into the private sector (see we have your back!).

NOTE: At this time, we are unable to sponsor candidates from overseas for this position.
